Key Responsibilities:
As a Patient Intake Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for new clients and their families. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.

  • Providing information and support to clients and their families regarding our services.

Position Requirements:
