Your natural follow-through will ensure that no query goes unanswered, and your empathetic approach will set the tone for their journey through the legal process. Come be a part of our close-knit team, where every conversation matters and every detail counts. Your day will consist of calling potential clients and gathering essential information about their legal matters while instilling confidence in our highly skilled lawyers. You will assist in the client’s legal journey by accurately preparing the client intake documents, ensuring our lawyers have all the information necessary to provide effective consultations. Yes, there is a fair amount of data entry, but your dedication to accuracy will be invaluable. Finally, you are expected to provide exceptional customer service by quickly addressing client inquiries, answering phone calls, managing client appointments, and following up with a friendly and professional demeanor. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate data entry and document preparation. Previous customer service experience in a family law firm required. Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with legal case management software. Other Essential Information: The schedule is Monday – Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM and Friday 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM; additional hours may be requested on Fridays. Overtime hours may be required. The anticipated compensation range for this role, performed on-site in San Diego, is $23 - $25 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr
