Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at RightStone. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products throughout our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and products
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, including tracking and reporting on stock movements
  • Operate a forklift and other power equipment to move materials and products within the warehouse
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize warehouse operations
  • Perform cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a warehouse or material handling environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle and SAP)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
