Job Overview

Position Summary: The Landscape Account Executive is expected to possess comprehensive expertise in landscaping, encompassing client relations, cost estimation, and operational management. This role involves the daily supervision of lawn care and fine gardening projects while maintaining effective communication with clients, field teams, and suppliers.

  • Reporting Structure: The Account Executive reports directly to the CEO and collaborates closely with the Field Operations Manager.
  • Qualifications and Skills: A minimum of five years of relevant experience in the landscaping sector is required, along with a valid driver's license. Proficiency in communication and software tools such as QuickBooks, MS Word, and MS Excel is essential, as is the ability to represent the organization in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales ranging from $500,000 to $750,000
  • Identify and promote enhancement projects and services
  • Engage with clients to promptly resolve any issues
  • Ensure maintenance teams remain focused on their tasks
  • Provide monthly updates to clients regarding account status
  • Develop new business opportunities and prepare proposals
  • Review proposals for precision and market appeal
  • Coordinate with clients and production teams for enhancements
  • Accurately process change orders
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols
  • Assess equipment usage efficiency
  • Assist in financial planning and business development strategies

Compensation: $25-40 per hour, based on experience. Benefits include paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Additional hours may be necessary to fulfill client requirements.
