Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive market leadership and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop product solutions that meet those needs.
  • Communicate product requirements and strategies to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Lead the development of product roadmaps and ensure alignment with Viega's global product development initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in product management and product development life cycles.
  • Experience in product strategy development and road mapping tools.
  • Expertise in project and program management.
  • High-level modern technical and product knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Innovation and creative management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate others.

Total Rewards Package

  • Base salary: $107,000 - $140,000 annually (CO), based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
  • Bonus: Eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company's performance and their own individual performance.
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Wellness Program, Health Savings Account (HSA) with a company contribution, Voluntary Benefits (Life, AD&D, Disability), 401(k) retirement plan with a 7.5% company contribution, Time Off Programs - 22 days Paid Time Off (PTO), 9 Company Holidays, 2 Volunteer Days.
