About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Sales and Marketing to join our Leadership Team at DuraMark Technologies Inc. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's organic growth, overseeing business development, customer service, and account management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that align with company goals for revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead a team of 16 professionals, spanning three areas, and provide exceptional leadership, mentorship, and coaching.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive organic growth.
  • Ensure the sales pipeline is robust and filled with high-quality opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement company-wide strategies.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership capabilities, customer-centric mindset, and solid understanding of operational processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and ability to leverage its principles to drive business success.
