Strategic Account Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Strategic Account Manager to join our team at DuraMark Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts within the labelling industry.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and profitability within assigned accounts.
* Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
* Accurately forecast sales volumes and revenue for assigned accounts.
* Maintain a deep understanding of DuraMark's product offerings, including label materials, adhesives, and printing technologies.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company objectives and customer needs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in sales or account management within the Printing Industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
* Strong understanding of label technologies, materials, and printing processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience with Excel, NetSuite, and HubSpot preferred.
* Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., GHS, FDA, AEM).
