Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Senior Accountant to become part of our team in the manufacturing sector. This is a permanent, full-time role that presents a unique chance to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and document asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account data.
2. Oversee and manage financial transactions and records related to inventory.
3. Maintain the general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing trial balances, and reconciling entries.
4. Summarize financial status by gathering information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations by reviewing existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence, and advising management on necessary actions.
6. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective measures.
7. Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions while resolving discrepancies.
8. Provide technical accounting guidance to managers in functional or operational areas to assist them in developing budgets and managing financial responsibilities.
9. Analyze and implement new accounting standards related to revenue recognition.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
2. CPA or equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
3. At least 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
4. Experience in Public Accounting is strongly preferred.
5. Proven expertise in inventory management, technical accounting, and revenue recognition.
6. Strong grasp of accounting principles, theories, and practices.
7. Excellent analytical, numerical, and detail-oriented skills.
8. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
9. Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
10. Up-to-date knowledge of current financial and accounting software applications.
11. Proficient in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and other business-related tools.
