About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Kforce Inc. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering creative, strategic, and cost-effective solutions to our clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and foster genuine relationships with clients, becoming their go-to expert within our industry.
  • Conduct in-person client visits to gain awareness of customer vision, strategy, goals, and needs.
  • Deliver in-person presentations to key stakeholders in a consultative and engaging approach.
  • Participate in customer and networking events, business meetups, and social events to develop and foster a network.
  • Lead the execution of sales for existing customers and new business, partnering with organizations to understand their industry's distinct needs.
  • Oversee the identification, qualification, and matching of solutions to meet client needs.
  • Monitor and ensure client satisfaction.
