Job Opportunity

CCS Facility Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and relationship-building activities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and potential clients.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to showcase CCS Facility Services' offerings and demonstrate how our solutions meet the needs of prospective clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in delivering services to clients.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing and service agreements, in a clear and professional manner.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven track record in outside sales hunting for new business.
  • Focus on facility management services or related industries preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of facility management services and industry trends is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
