Your Responsibilities:

As a Senior Financial Advisor Assistant, you will provide essential support to financial advisors and other team members by managing a variety of tasks that ensure positive and efficient interactions within the organization. Your ability to prioritize assignments, troubleshoot issues, and maintain attention to detail is crucial. Most importantly, this role emphasizes building trust through every interaction, embodying integrity, care, and excellence.

Key Duties:
  • Mentor Financial Advisor Assistants in daily functions and protocols to maintain high-quality service across the team.
  • Oversee the acquisition of complex mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and other significant assets to monitor the execution and processing of substantial financial transactions.
  • Assist Financial Advisor IIIs in establishing and transferring accounts for high-net-worth clients to enhance departmental efficiency and create an outstanding customer experience.
  • Engage in the daily workflow of account management to ensure deadlines are met and all inquiries are addressed.
  • Consistently act with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience within the financial industry.
  • Proven ability to represent financial advisors and assist with financial transactions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
