Position Overview:

The primary objective of this role is to assist our existing clientele with various service requests, including beneficiary modifications, withdrawals, and managing incoming client service inquiries. Responsibilities also encompass database management and preparing client appointments, which includes updating account summaries for review meetings and ensuring the advisor is well-prepared.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Financial or Insurance sectors is essential
  • A minimum of 3 years working alongside a Financial Advisor in a fast-paced environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with MacOS is advantageous, along with the ability to quickly adapt to new software
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Possession of a Texas Life Insurance License or Series 65 is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

The Client Service Administrator will be expected to maintain consistent follow-through on all tasks, cultivate relationships with clients and prospects, and assist the Advisor in preparing for client meetings. Daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities may include:

  • Answering incoming client service calls with a welcoming demeanor
  • Resolving client issues and fulfilling service requests
  • Processing new business applications and following up on pending items
  • Managing new business submissions and reporting
  • Ordering and maintaining stock of business applications and marketing materials
  • Updating and reviewing the database/CRM to reflect account statuses
  • Maintaining an organized and compliant filing system
  • Preparing client review summaries for upcoming meetings
  • Ensuring professional communication with clients and team members
  • Assisting with client updates, reports, and mailings
  • Supporting Advisors with educational workshops and client events as necessary
  • Coordinating client appointments and assisting Advisors with preparation
  • Maintaining current licenses and appointments with relevant agencies

Compensation:

  • Annual salary range of $45,000 - $60,000, commensurate with experience
