Your Responsibilities:

As a Senior Financial Advisor Assistant, you will provide essential support to financial advisors and other team members by managing a variety of tasks that promote positive and efficient interactions within the organization. Your ability to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and maintain meticulous attention to detail is crucial. Above all, this role emphasizes the importance of building trust through every interaction, embodying integrity, care, and excellence.

Key Duties:
  • Mentor Financial Advisor Assistants in daily operations and protocols to ensure high-quality service across the team.
  • Monitor the acquisition of complex mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and other significant assets to oversee the execution and processing of substantial financial transactions.
  • Assist Financial Advisor IIIs in the initiation and transfer of accounts for high-net-worth clients, streamlining departmental processes to enhance customer experiences.
  • Engage in the daily workflow of account management to ensure schedules are adhered to and all inquiries are addressed.
  • Consistently act with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience within the financial industry.
  • Proven ability to represent financial advisors and assist with financial transactions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
