Role Summary:
As a Financial Coach at Ark Financial Academy, you will accompany first-generation entrepreneurs and business owners on their path to financial tranquility. By leveraging our structured coaching programs, you will deliver tailored guidance and education. Your responsibilities include comprehending each client's distinct financial circumstances, meeting them at their current stage, and equipping them with actionable strategies to realize their financial aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master Ark Financial Academy Curriculum: Utilize our educational materials and resources, specifically crafted for entrepreneurs, to effectively guide clients toward financial stability and growth.
  • Client Coaching Sessions: Facilitate regular individual sessions and group workshops to provide support and accountability.
  • Personalized Financial Plans: Create and present customized financial strategies, including budgeting, debt reduction, savings, and investment approaches.
  • Ongoing Education: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices by participating in relevant workshops and conferences.
  • Client Progress Tracking: Maintain comprehensive records of client progress and ensure consistent follow-up to promote accountability.
  • Financial Analysis and Planning: Assist clients with financial assessments, tax strategies, and wealth-building initiatives.

Compensation:
Salary Range: Starting compensation ranges from $70,000 to $120,000, depending on experience.
