Financial Planning Associate

REAP Financial Group is a specialized investment advisory firm focused on Retirement Planning. Our mission is to empower families to redefine their priorities and aspirations.

The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional support to our financial advisors, current clients, and potential clients. This position will assist financial advisors in engaging with prospects by preparing for consultations, conducting investment research, formulating preliminary financial planning suggestions, and coordinating meetings with prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough research on financial product providers, facilitating the promotion and sale of financial solutions.

· Take detailed notes during client meetings, ensuring accurate entry into CRM and retirement planning software.

· Serve as a liaison between financial advisors and team members.

· Aid in the development of financial strategies by compiling case files, performing retirement assessments, social security evaluations, Medicare reviews, and risk analysis reports.

· Follow up with prospects to gather necessary financial documents and personal information.

· Organize and schedule all follow-up meetings until the advisor successfully closes the business.

· Assist in preparing documentation for new clients and obtaining necessary signatures.

· Maintain a record of all open opportunities, reach out to prospects and cold leads, manage drip marketing campaigns, and follow up through calls, emails, and gifts to convert leads into clients.

· Prepare materials for client meetings, including presentations.

· Participate in workshops, assisting with equipment setup and appointment scheduling.

· Build and nurture relationships with leads, prospects, and clients to enhance support for our advisors.

· Commit to ongoing education by staying informed about industry legislative changes and product knowledge.

· Maintain current licenses and appointments with relevant agencies and companies.

· Order and manage inventory of new business applications and marketing materials.

· Handle incoming client service inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Previous experience in the financial services industry.

· At least 3 years of experience working alongside a Financial Advisor in a dynamic office setting.

· Preferred possession of Texas Life Insurance & Securities Licenses.

· Proficient in MacOS.

Compensation: Based on experience

Hours: Monday – Friday, with some evening hours for client events.
