Responsabilidades del Trabajo:

  • Representante de Ventas Externas con amplia experiencia en la creación de relaciones comerciales sólidas con los Clientes.
  • Conocimiento profundo del producto y habilidades para reestructurar acuerdos para encontrar soluciones comerciales y alcanzar los objetivos del cliente y de Sun West.
  • Comprensión profunda del Mercado Hipotecario y capacidad para buscar oportunidades en un entorno competitivo y desafiante.
  • Diagnostica y asiste al socio en la resolución de problemas a nivel de préstamo y cuestiones sistémicas, dificultades o preocupaciones de rendimiento que el socio enfrenta con los servicios o Programas de Préstamos de la Compañía. Escalando, con soluciones, a la Gerencia de la Compañía, de acuerdo con las pautas e instrucciones proporcionadas por la Compañía.
  • Mantiene altos estándares de servicio, controles internos y procedimientos de seguridad, regulaciones de cumplimiento y autentica los canales de Negocios para la Compañía.
  • Realiza todas las responsabilidades de acuerdo con los objetivos y estándares organizacionales actuales.
  • Entiende y cumple con las reglas y regulaciones asociadas con las transacciones de Bienes Raíces y el proceso Hipotecario.
  • Asegura el cumplimiento de todas las regulaciones Federales y divulga información correcta a todas las partes según sea necesario.

Compensación: $16 por hora + elegible para un bono mensual.

Requisitos:

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y redes.
  • No se requiere experiencia. Esta es una posición a tiempo parcial y se brindará capacitación y desarrollo al candidato seleccionado.
