Job Summary

Arcfield is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Systems Engineer IV - Information Assurance Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for providing training and support to our customers in the area of Cybersecurity policy, process, and tool training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs on Cybersecurity policy, process, and tool training to our customers.
  • Work with the training team to plan, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create and update training materials.
  • Provide training on ServiceNow, Risk Management Framework (RMF), Continuous Monitoring, Privileged Users, Information Assurance, and Information System Owner cyber responsibilities.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6-8 years of experience with a Master's degree or 3-5 years of experience with a Ph.D.
  • Must possess and be able to maintain a Top Secret/Secret Clearance with Polygraph.
  • Able to support customer's core hours (Monday - Friday).
  • An 8570/8140 IA Certification.
  • Experience training and presenting both in person and virtually.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Self-starter requiring limited direction and supervision.
  • Experience with the RMF Process.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's of Science Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or an advanced IA certification (i.e. CISSP or CASP).
  • Experience supporting IC or DoD in the Cyber Security Domain with acquisition and project management.
  • Experience as an ISSO, Information System Security Manager (ISSM), SCA, or Delegated Authorization Official Representative (DAOR).
  • Experience with Service Now, and Splunk.
  • Familiarity with credentialling, reciprocity, and other access management.
  • Familiarity with the customer's training platform.
  • Basic Instructor certificate.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies and platforms.
