TDL Staffing, Inc. is seeking a qualified Business Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in assisting departmental staff, contractors, consultants, and staff during all project phases.

About the Role
This position is responsible for assisting with business development activities, preferably in a design and/or construction related field. The ideal candidate should have experience and skills related to contract development and administration, particularly in areas such as market research, business development, and sales.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
* Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the company's presence in the design and construction industry
* Prepare and present business proposals to clients and stakeholders
* Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, marketing, and other means
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans
* Analyze and report on business performance metrics to inform strategic decisions

Requirements
* Valid Driver's License & 3 years driving experience
* Must be proficient with MS Word and MS Excel
* Two years of college coursework and increasingly responsible experience related to facility design and construction, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
* Three years of advanced administrative support experience is required, preferably related to design and construction, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
* Background check will be viewed

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $27-$32 per hour. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
