Job Description
">This role involves coordinating local deliveries to wholesale customers in a timely and efficient manner. The incumbent will be responsible for assigning drivers to make deliveries, tracking their progress, and balancing workloads.
Responsibilities
">- Assigns drivers to make deliveries by considering product, customer locations, and time of day
- Tracks driver progress along routes
- Balances workloads, break times, and customer needs when assigning drivers
- Checks driver in and out times and transfers records into company files
- Receives and resolves customer requests or complaints
- Acts as a driver when needed during peak delivery times
Required Skills and Qualifications
">This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent work experience. Prior experience in the retail automotive service industry is preferred. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, be analytical, and possess problem-solving abilities.
