The Role:

We are seeking an emotionally healthy individual with a good sense of humor to join our team. The successful candidate will have common sense and the ability to counsel youth, teach them social skills, and help them improve academically. This is not an academic classroom environment but rather a group home setting with 5 youth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Counsel and mentor youth to support their emotional and academic growth.
  • Teach social skills and provide guidance on daily life tasks.
  • Help youth improve their academic performance.
