Sales Portfolio Manager

The Client Relationship Developer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and identifying opportunities to generate new business through existing and potential customer networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client relationships to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand existing client relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing and potential customer networks
- Provide timely and effective resolution to customer complaints and concerns
- Prepare and submit regular reports on account status and transaction activity
Requirements:
- Previous work experience as a Sales Account Manager or Customer Service Representative
- Able to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with ClubReady/MindBody software is an asset, but not required
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to analyze data
- Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Business acumen and problem-solving skills
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
