Client Relationship Developer Role Summary:

The Client Relationship Developer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and identifying opportunities to generate new business through existing and potential customer networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of client relationships to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand existing client relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing and potential customer networks
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer complaints and concerns
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on account status and transaction activity

Requirements:
  • Previous work experience as a Sales Account Manager or Customer Service Representative
  • Able to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with ClubReady/MindBody software is an asset, but not required
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to analyze data
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Business acumen and problem-solving skills

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
