Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at Sales Arms LLC. This role involves developing long-term relationships with clients and overseeing sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, self-motivating skills, and be customer service oriented. Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of accounts, generating new business opportunities, and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and develop strategic sales plans
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and handle their individual needs
  • Generate new business leads through existing and potential customer networks
  • Report on account status and transaction performance

Requirements:

  • Work experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and ClubReady/MindBody software
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • An ability to resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions
