About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Sales Executive to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing key business portfolios for top pharmaceutical and retail brands. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth through the development and implementation of innovative retail media solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with executive clients and senior partner stakeholders.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Shape annual joint strategies between Walmart and clients, leading cross-functional teams to drive client success.
  • Plan and achieve annual and incremental growth goals through the presentation of Walmart advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives.
What You'll Need
  • A Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent professional industry experience.
  • 5+ years quota-carrying digital sales experience with the ability to generate new ad sales.
  • Media agency and/or ad sales experience in health & wellness vertical, specifically in Rx/Pharma preferred.
  • Expertise in WMC products and/or digital media solutions, especially programmatic, CTV and measurement.
Salary and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000-$216,000. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes.
