**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Studio Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our wellness services, and maintaining a high level of aesthetic throughout the studio.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to clients, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
  • Actively promote our wellness services and packages, tailoring recommendations to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Assist with studio outreach initiatives and events, helping to build a strong community and drive business growth.
  • Manage our POS/appointment software, ensuring seamless operations and efficient client flow.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the studio, including reception and restrooms.

**Requirements**

  • One year of experience in a related field, such as fitness, wellness, or customer service.
  • High School graduate or equivalent.

  • Sales and marketing expertise.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask.

**Physical Requirements**

  • Requires a wide range of physical activities, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, twisting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
  • Frequent repetitive movements.
  • Requires close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
  • Continuous exposure to moderate noise.
  • Frequent walking and standing on hard surfaces.
  • Frequent movement, lifting, or carrying of weight up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent use of chemicals, including solvents, lubricants, adhesives, paints, and cleaners.
