Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to riders, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Support: Assist with sales of memberships and retail products, providing riders with information and recommendations to meet their fitness goals.
- Studio Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Bike Setup: Assist riders with bike setup, ensuring that their bikes are properly adjusted and ready for their ride.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with riders, staff, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for fitness and customer service.
- Availability: Part-time availability, including early morning and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
