**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our wellness studio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our business plan, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and revenue increase
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage the studio's budget and financial performance, including forecasting and reporting
  • Ensure the studio is maintained in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

**Requirements**

  • 3+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the wellness or hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue increase
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales principles, as well as customer service best practices
