Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Healthcare Studio Director to lead our healthcare and wellness studio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale healthcare projects and will possess excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the Healthcare and Wellness Studio
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the studio team
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Manage client relationships and communications
  1. Manage Healthcare Projects
  • Oversee the design process from programming to production
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  1. Develop and Maintain Business Relationships
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  1. Lead Business Development Efforts
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  1. 15+ Years of Experience
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale healthcare projects
  1. Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor or master's degree in Architecture
  • Architecture license preferred
  1. Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Proven experience with OSHPD / HCAI projects
  • Working knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • LEED and/or WELL accreditation a plus
