We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wellness Studio Associate to join our team at Super-Moen, Inc. as a Spa and Wellness Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our science-backed wellness services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to clients, thoroughly explaining our services and answering questions to build positive relationships.
- Actively promote our wellness services and packages based on client needs and mastery of our wellness philosophy.
- Assist with studio outreach initiatives and events to drive business growth.
- Manage our POS/appointment software to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Maintain a high level of aesthetic throughout the studio, inspecting service rooms pre/post use and ensuring cleanliness throughout the reception and restrooms.
- One year of experience in fitness, wellness, customer service, or a related field.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sales and marketing expertise.
- Highly organized and able to multitask.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- People-oriented and passionate about physical and mental fitness, wellness, and recovery.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and achieve results on time.
- Utilize independent judgment and initiative to analyze and resolve problems and make recommendations.
- Demonstrate high levels of organization and attention to detail.
- Multitask with ease in high-pressure environments.
- Stay up-to-date on knowledge specific to our wellness services.
- Demonstrate a willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments.
- Requires a wide range of constant physical activities, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, twisting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
