Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Studio Team Lead at Club Pilates. As a key member of our studio team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our members and prospective members.

Club Pilates is a leading boutique fitness studio with a strong presence in the industry. We are committed to providing affordable and accessible Pilates to the community, with a strong focus on customer service and community building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and friendly environment and addressing customer concerns or complaints.
  • Studio Operations: Work collaboratively with the General Manager and Sales Associates to ensure studio membership and revenue goals are met through personal sales and training staff.
  • Community Building: Help build the studio community through organizing and executing events.
  • Staff Supervision: Assist the General Manager in supervising and managing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Point of Contact: Be the direct point of contact for all staff when the General Manager is off.
  • Administrative Tasks: Oversee all billing issues (membership agreements, cancellations, freezes, failed payments, etc.).
  • Retail and Marketing: Assist with retail displays, sales, and inventory. Post social media stories.
  • Studio Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the studio.
  • Strategic Planning: Work collaboratively on monthly studio plans, grassroots marketing, and promotional activities.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Highly energetic, positive, and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment, often with changing priorities.
  • Dependability: Dependable and accountable.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with computers and effective at learning and using necessary software products.
