Role Responsibilities

The Senior Project Engineer will be a key member of our Transportation Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) program.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading construction engineering administration and inspection teams.
  • Planning and organizing the work of team members.
  • Developing and reviewing policies, methods, and procedures.
  • Evaluating work programs at various governmental levels.
  • Exhibiting strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively market and pursue projects with clients.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A minimum of 10 years of CEI experience in transportation projects, including at least 2 years in major road or bridge construction, or 5 years in major bridge construction.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
