  • Oversee engineering tasks and ensure project delivery within financial constraints.
  • Generate progress documentation and manage the comprehensive project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with local and international teams as well as external vendors.
  • Emphasize optimal design, operational effectiveness, and ongoing enhancement.
  • Provide training on subjects such as project management and equipment handling.
  • Encourage clear communication among various disciplines and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Mining Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering or construction, ideally within the Aggregate sector.
  • Familiarity with engineering software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a proven track record of teamwork.
Desirable Experience:
  • Experience in project engineering within the Aggregates field.
  • Possession of a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is advantageous.
