Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to join our team as the Director of Sales. This role will involve overseeing the sales function across the entire company, including managing budgets, creating and implementing sales strategies, and mentoring and coaching a team of sales professionals.
About the Company:
Schloegel Design Remodel (SDR) is a leading provider of design-build services in the Kansas City area. We have over 40 years of experience in the remodeling industry and are committed to delivering exceptional results to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the company
- Manage and mentor the sales team, including design consultants, design assistants, and the manager of sales development
- Lead sales training, coaching, and professional development initiatives
- Collaborate cross-departmentally with architecture, production, administration, and marketing
- Participate as a member of the company Leadership Team, contributing to overall strategy and decision-making
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience in the home remodeling industry, ideally with a design + build company
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create and manage budgets and KPIs
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated at $100,000.00 annually, based on market trends and industry standards. Additionally, the company offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays and vacation time, and more.
