Senior Territory Growth Manager

As a seasoned field sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the state of Missouri.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Senior Territory Growth Manager or Missouri Sales Expansion Director.
About the RoleThis role is focused on expanding our presence in the public sector (SLED) and commercial market in Missouri. You will be responsible for building territory penetration strategies, analyzing performance data, and adjusting your approach to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Create and present custom pricing solutions to potential high-growth commercial customers
- Leverage education contracts, including Cooperative Purchasing partnerships and bids, to acquire new education customers or drive growth for existing ones
- Ensure smooth transition to the account management team upon customer commitment
You will work closely with sales leadership and peers to drive revenue beyond traditional office supplies. Your goal will be to grow share of wallet by consolidating business from other vendors, creating customized pricing programs, and developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and their affiliated sites.

- 4+ years of field sales experience
- Ability to travel within the territory approximately 50%
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

CompensationWe offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
