Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Support Specialist to join our team at Shangri-La (Oregon). As a Regional Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct care to individuals with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) in residential programs. This role requires a strong understanding of individual support plans and behavior support plans, as well as the ability to work effectively with various teams and individuals within the agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individual support plans and behavior support plans in accordance with State of Oregon Administrative Rules
  • Provide direct care to individuals with SMI in residential programs
  • Interface professionally with various teams and individuals within the agency
  • Perform all duties in accordance with State of Oregon Administrative Rules
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Current Oregon Driver's License and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass background check screening
