SANY America is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Executive Manager. With significant investment and support from SANY Group, our operations in the Americas are poised for substantial growth. The Regional Sales Executive Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales across a designated area and managing the overall functions of a SANY facility that specializes in heavy machinery.
In this role, you will have the autonomy to manage your sales region as if it were your own enterprise, while also contributing to the broader growth strategy of the brand and region. This position will oversee and lead a team of 4-8 sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet regional sales objectives and enhance revenue within the assigned territory.
- Identify and target new business prospects, customer demographics, and market segments.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market dynamics, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to assess performance, set goals, and inspire the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and implement promotional initiatives and events.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding service and support.
- Promptly and professionally address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Develop and enforce customer service protocols to enhance the client experience.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are met and to build lasting relationships.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of direct sales professionals using data-driven insights and proven sales methodologies.
- Recruit, train, and cultivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive and effective work culture.
- Set performance targets and KPIs for team members and provide regular feedback on their progress.
- Offer continuous coaching, mentoring, and support to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
- Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for customer interactions.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Design and implement marketing strategies to promote SANY products and services.
- Organize and engage in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads and increase sales.
- Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies.
Financial Oversight:
- Develop and oversee the budget, ensuring financial targets are achieved.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability metrics.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement efficiency enhancements.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

Compensation
