Regional Sales Manager

Richmond Restaurants INC is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new and repeat business through referrals, telephone solicitation, and direct mail, outside sales calls, networking, and other community marketing techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and have excellent communication skills
- Collaborate and instruct General Managers and Kitchen Managers to report location performance and sales to corporate headquarters
- Work closely with other managers and supervisors to ensure all aspects of the operation of the restaurant are in place
- Maintain a leadership culture by instilling core values, motto, and mission statement
- High volume restaurant/catering management or sales experience of at least 3 years
- A passion for mentoring and developing others
- A solid track record in achieving financial results
- Extremely guest-oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
- Leadership skills to build and foster a team environment
