Compensation:
$28 - $35 per hour

The Behavioral Services Program Coordinator is a qualified professional responsible for delivering clinical oversight and case management to behavior technicians and clients/families under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role involves providing mid-level supervision as permitted by the payer source.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulates objectives, programs, resources, and behavioral intervention strategies under the direction of a BCBA.
2. Supervises the activities of Behavior Technicians as designated by the Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) or Operations Leader.
3. Conducts in-person case reviews and supervision for assigned clients.
4. Aids the Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in conducting behavioral and skill acquisition evaluations.
5. Educates Behavior Technicians on the execution of behavior modification strategies, including intervention plans and skill development objectives.
6. Trains families, caregivers, and educational staff on the application of behavior modification strategies, including intervention plans and skill development objectives.
7. Assists the Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in revising behavior modification strategies, including tracking progress on behavioral and skill development objectives.
8. Monitors the effectiveness and progress of behavioral programs under the guidance of the Clinical Supervisor (BCBA).

May provide skill enhancement training for Behavior Technicians. Delivers behavioral services to children with autism or other behavioral challenges as outlined in the behavioral modification strategy. Performs additional duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must fulfill at least one of the following educational criteria:
- A master's degree in social work, human services, education, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- A bachelor's degree along with BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) certification.

At least one year of experience delivering behavioral services to children with autism or related disorders. A minimum of one year of experience providing behavior analytic services in home, educational, or community environments. Must be enrolled in approved BACB courses and preparing for the BCBA examination. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with various stakeholders (including coworkers, supervisors, and clients). Proficiency in computer usage is required. Current CPR/BLS certification is mandatory. Must be at least 18 years of age.
