Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced Neurology Program Director to lead our new residency program at Universal Health Services. This is a unique opportunity to start and grow a brand-new residency program in a dynamic and growing healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive residency program in Neurology
  • Recruit and manage a team of faculty members and residents
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with hospital administrators and department chairs to integrate the residency program with hospital operations
  • Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of residents and prepares them for successful careers in Neurology
Requirements
  • Current board certification in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)
  • Clear, active medical license in California with a clean background and history
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Program Director, Associate Program Director, or Core Faculty member in an accredited Neurology residency program
  • Demonstrated leadership, educational, and clinical skills
  • Recent history of scholarly activities and research
