Position Summary:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a committed Patient Care Coordinator in Temecula, CA. We are looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals who are dedicated to providing outstanding patient-focused care in an outpatient setting. If you possess excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to consider this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction (70% of Role):
- Enhance the patient experience through all interactions.
- Welcome and check in patients upon arrival, adhering to the intake process.
- Engage compassionately and professionally with patients, referral sources, and colleagues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all referral sources.
- Oversee new referrals and coordinate daily appointments.
- Arrange patient visits according to prescriptions, authorizations, or recommendations from the Physical Therapist.
- Implement the patient 'No Show' protocol.
- Prepare and manage medical records requests within 48 hours.
- Handle daily mail and fax communications.
About the Opportunity:
This is a temp-to-hire role, providing the chance to become a permanent team member based on your performance. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients have a positive experience from their initial contact through to their final visit.
Compensation Details: $18.00 per hour
