Senior Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to support our North American Sales Organization. This role is a hybrid position, with a focus on strategic portfolio management, client relationships, and contract management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Portfolio Management: Lead a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high satisfaction, profitability, and growth through effective sales strategies and solution recommendations.
- Client Relationships: Manage client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and proactively driving conversations to ensure relevance and value.
- Contract Management: Proactively manage pricing negotiations, contract renewals, and ensure contract requirements are met accurately and in a timely manner.
- Client Communication: Craft clear and concise communication, create presentations, and demonstrate a thorough understanding of clients' business operations.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of account management, business development, or relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience developing partnerships and sustaining meaningful business relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce.com.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Tata Communications offers a competitive OTE of $135,000-170,000.
