Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Parker Hannifin Corporation. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering HR programs across various HR areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer HR programs, including talent management, performance management, and employee development.
  • Interface with functional and operational leaders to support the recruitment process, including reviewing resumes and creating candidate pools.
  • Support the interview and selection process, and partner with leaders to complete performance management and talent management cycles.
  • Administer routine local training, coordinate corporate-sponsored training, and support managers in development planning.
  • Address moderately complex questions from managers and employees, and handle routine employee grievances.
  • Provide guidance on compensation and benefits, and conduct reporting and analytics as needed.

Requirements:

  • University degree or international equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR or a related field.
