Job Summary
The Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and implement all aspects of human resources practices and processes
* Support business needs to ensure proper implementation of company objectives and promote organizational values
* Develop and implement recruitment, retention, employee relations, training, and development strategies
* Manage HRIS and maintain knowledge of South Carolina and federal human resources laws, regulations, and guidelines
* Supervise and develop HR staff
Requirements
* Minimum of three years of experience in human resources administration/management and supervision
* Knowledge of South Carolina and federal human resources laws, regulations, and guidelines
* HRIS and intermediate computer skills
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
* Preferred knowledge of SC DHEC staffing regulations regarding assisted living and long-term care and three years of experience in the senior living field
