The University of Kentucky is seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to facilitate the success of the multi-disciplinary comprehensive Spine program. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of scheduling workflows, coordinate clinical services across care settings, and provide administrative support to the Spine Program Director and Administrative Coordinator.

The Program Coordinator will also ensure seamless integration of research and teaching with clinical programs and track and report on program operational performance. Experience with administration or scheduling of neurosurgical programs is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's Degree and three years of experience are acceptable, but a Master's Degree and relevant experience are highly preferred.
