Human Resources Assistant

A leading staffing agency, Randstad, is seeking a skilled Human Resources Assistant to support the HR department with administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have experience handling confidential documents and information, as well as a strong understanding of employee relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
- Responsible for recruitment, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Assist in coordinating HR projects, such as company events.
- Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Conduct benefits enrollment for new employees.
- Conduct audits of various payroll, benefits, or other HR programs and recommend corrective action.
- Assist HR Management with research projects and special projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files.
- Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
- Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities.

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
