Essential Job Functions

The Inspire Territory Manager will lead commercialization efforts, introducing OSA therapy to assigned sales territories. Key performance objectives include achieving sales plans and therapy awareness milestones. The successful candidate will assess new potential accounts, drive implant growth, and ensure commercial centers follow patient selection guidelines and implant techniques.

Opportunities in this Role
  • Develop a solid understanding of OSA technology, device implantation, and follow-up procedures.
  • Drive implant growth to achieve sales plans through efficient patient throughput and account activation.
  • Orchestrate commercial site assessment, selection, and development.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Ensure commercial centers follow patient selection guidelines, implant techniques, and effective therapy methods.
  • Facilitate local payer education and development processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales operations teams to refine outreach programs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years minimum sales experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Alternatively, 5 years minimum sales experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry or 3 years previous experience at Inspire Medical Systems working directly with our therapy in a clinical setting.
  • Strong computer skills with MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to manage simultaneous priorities and changing deadlines.
  • Ability to travel within the territory, including overnights as needed.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with implantable device implantation and follow-up procedures, market development, and building referral programs within the medical industry is highly desirable.
