Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Lead to join our team at OSL Retail Services. As a Territory Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding sales targets in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to deliver effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve sales processes
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of retail or outside sales experience
- Proven ability to sell, offer great customer service, and maintain personal accountability
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Own vehicle and ability to travel frequently
