Job Title: Field Sales Manager

The Field Sales Manager is a key role responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals within a designated territory or region. This position requires strategic planning, team leadership, customer relationship management, and effective execution of sales strategies in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and market plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, forecasts, and budgets to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Manage and control sales and rental activity, including scheduling and coordination.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.
  • Provide regular sales and rental reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or relevant experience in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours: Various shifts available.

Education: High School.

Experience: 1-4 years.
