As a vital member of the American National Red Cross, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of countless individuals through your contributions to clinical research.

About the Role:
In this position, you will leverage your nursing expertise to support the advancement of innovative therapies in cellular treatments for cancer and autoimmune disorders within clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized care to participants in research studies, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Engage in the recruitment process for study participants and meticulously review their medical histories.
  • Ensure precise and timely data collection, documentation, and reporting in both sponsor and internal databases.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary research teams to enhance systems and infrastructure.
  • Develop comprehensive source materials and guarantee compliance from site personnel.
  • Act as the National Study Coordinator, ensuring adherence to research protocols and regulatory standards, including ongoing quality control audits.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is between $75,800 and $93,500.

Work Environment:
This position offers the flexibility of working remotely from any location within the USA.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
