About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Workforce Management Specialist to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our human capital consulting team, you will play a critical role in supporting our DoD clients by analyzing and implementing targeted human capital solutions to address strategic cyber workforce management priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a DoD client in analyzing and implementing targeted human capital solutions to address strategic cyber workforce management priorities.
  • Advise government leadership on a broad range of talent management activities impacting the health and welfare of the cyber workforce.
  • Work with a multi-disciplinary team in a complex environment to develop and implement human capital solutions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of human capital best practices and domain-specific methodologies.
  • Support strategic consulting services through data collection, development of recommendations, and production of actionable products and deliverables for clients.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a human capital or strategic environment.
  • Experience with human capital management, including workforce planning, competency modeling, training and development, career pathing, or performance management.
  • Knowledge of human capital best practices and domain-specific methodologies.
  • Ability to support strategic consulting services through data collection, development of recommendations, and production of actionable products and deliverables for clients.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with developing human capital solutions for cyber workforce communities.
  • Experience with supporting DoD organizations.
  • Possession of excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred; Doctorate degree in Industrial or Organizational Psychology a plus.
Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
