The ecosystem of game developers is essential for our success. We are in search of a strategic Marketing Manager to spearhead demand generation initiatives for our business offerings, particularly focusing on our advertising solutions. You will create programs aimed at increasing the adoption of our offerings among AAA/AA game developers, enhance our industry visibility, support our expanding sales team through the development and training of sales enablement resources, and establish lead generation and nurturing strategies.

This role is ideal for a proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to innovative projects. You will report directly to the Product Marketing lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the launch process and develop the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, messaging, and sales enablement for our range of advertising products tailored for game developers, collaborating closely with our sales and business development teams.
  • Generate demand for our new advertising solutions by working alongside the sales team to identify target accounts and implement account-based marketing strategies.
  • Create and maintain essential sales enablement materials and conduct ongoing training sessions.
  • Support our event strategy for B2B products, including our participation in industry events and the development of our own event and training series.

Qualifications for Success

  • 4+ years of experience in business marketing within a technology platform, preferably in advertising, sales, or sales enablement.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to enhance the sales enablement process for improved collaboration with the sales team.
  • Expertise in messaging, positioning, and marketing/content strategy, with proficiency in the creation, organization, and management of sales enablement materials.
  • Strong grasp of advertising strategies, solutions, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to excel in ambiguous settings—enthusiastic about establishing new processes and business models while building an advertising business.
  • Experience within the gaming industry is a plus.
